Free Hair Cuts
Need a fresh cut right before school starts? This is the place to be. City of Refuge is partnering with local barbers to provide haircuts on site.
Free Food
Hotdog lunch will be provided for everyone in attendance. In addition to this we have partnered with Convoy of Hope to provide some non-perishables to take home with you.

Ice Cream Truck
Provided by City of Refuge, the Wonder Ice Cream Truck will be cooling down all attendees with free popcicles..
From fun inflatables to incredible games, your kids will be LOVING YOU for taking them to the Summer Block Party!
Oh... and make sure to keep your eyes peeled for surprise characters you can take pictures with!
